Argenta - Agatronic K

A fully automatic Vacuum-Pressure Casting MachineAgatronic K is a developed version of an older model -Agatronic M. The machine has been equipped with several additional sensors controlling the process of casting which have been coupled with the modern OPLC process driver supported by a touch screen. Some new solutions applied in the machine are: high class precision pressure converters replacing spring manometers, 10 casting programmes able to save 10 basic parameters of each casting cycle.

Argenta - Agatronic W

Vacuum pressure casting machine Agatronic W is a compact unit which constitutes a combination of a melting furnace and a casting chamber. The process of jewellery casting takes place under the protection of neutral gas, which prevents oxidation of casting products surface and reduces the wear of the graphite crucible and the stopper. Dimensions of the crucible and the stopper enable filling the crucible with 600 grams of granulated silver, which enables making quite a big "tree" cast.

Argenta - Agatronic G

Agatronic G is a vacuum casting machine integrated with an inductive furnace. The machine was designed to serve three basic functions. Some minor structural modifications enable the user a very quick adjustment of the machine to make a high quality cast with the use of a stay-in-place wax method, to make some granulate with fine-grained ball structure and to use the machine as an ordinary melting furnace.

Argenta - AFI-02Pt

Induction furnace AFI-02Pt is designed to melt platinum in the process acquired a chemical and metal recycling scrap melting platinum. Tilting furnace section allows the outpouring of liquid metal into ingots without interrupting the heating of the metal. Melting time full load crucible takes about 20-30 seconds.
